What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide!

Can you tell me what each herb does in terms of medical conditions? Can you also tell me how much each herb should take or mix together?

Due to SC Law, we are unable to provide specific dosage information. We are also unable to answer questions requesting medical/healthcare advice. Please consult with a healthcare professional for more information.

Can you email me a list of your products?

No.  Our products are available online here.  You can also order on Walmart Marketplace and Etsy.  We will not accept email orders unless you place a bulk or custom order (custom orders will only be done for items not currently listed on our online catalog but special ordered).

When will my order ship?

We have streamlined our order processing to provide faster services to our customers.  We will pull your order for processing within 1-2 days of your order being placed (this will often happen the same day).  Once your order is pulled for packing, we will also print your shipping label to receive a tracking number.  Please note that your order will then go to processing to be filled.  Depending on order volume, this can take as little as 1 day or as much as 2-3 days.  Once your order is packed, then it will be shipped.  Please note: You will NOT be able to track your package with the tracking number received until AFTER your order ships, which should be 2-4 days after placing your order unless you add priority processing.

Due to logistics, some of our restocking is a little off of normal scheduling because our suppliers are taking longer than normal to ship due to international logistics issues.  We ask that you bear with us during this time!

Do you offer any FREE SHIPPING?

Yes. Orders over $50 will ship for free in the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping for international orders yet.  Sorry!  Free shipping only applies to orders placed through us directly!

Why Can’t I Track My Order Yet?

Do you offer in-store pickup from your online catalog?

Yes! Be sure to choose the in-store pickup option and give us about 2 days to have the order ready.  Please note that blended items purchased may take longer to prepare, and we ask for your patience!

Do you offer phone ordering? 

No – we currently do not accept phone orders.

Do you take Checks or Money Orders?

No.  Unfortunately, we no longer accept checks or money orders.

Do you have a print catalog available?

No. We do not have a print catalog. However, our products are available online, with the most current prices.

Do you offer your products wholesale?

No, we do not – our business is retail only.

What are your Security and Privacy policies?

We take our customer’s security and privacy seriously. We do not share your information with anyone. In addition, all credit card processing for online orders is done through proper security and encryption, and we NEVER keep or see your credit card number.

We will not attempt to contact you to sell you something. We offer a newsletter, but you must sign up to receive it.  You can remove yourself from our newsletter list at any time!

Do you ever have promotions?

Please sign up for our newsletter or check our social media channels to receive promotional offers! In addition, we offer discounts through Coupon Codes (for online orders) or in-store coupons (for in-store discounts, which you must bring into the store to redeem) at special times during the year.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?

We do offer gift certificates!  Unfortunately, our gift certificates do not cross over.  If you purchase an in-store gift certificate, it can only be redeemed in-store, and an online gift certificate can only be redeemed online.  Sorry! We have not found a good way to have these 2 systems cross over yet.

What if I need to cancel my order?

You need to call us to cancel your order – we do not accept email cancellations.  You can reach us at 803-818-2133.
