Cacao is considered a superfood and has amazing nutritional health benefits for the mind, body, and soul. Cacao is an amazing plant to work with and and plant spirit to connect with. Cacao represents the feminine and masculine energies within us. Cacao is a sacred food and medicine source. It is used to inspire creativity, gratitude, and generosity.

This circle we will focus on the heart center. We will create sacred space which is a safe non-judgmental space to just be. We will connect with the directions, the heart, and share in ceremonial cacao, share a bit about what we love and what we love to do plus more. We will go into a meditation focusing on the heart and will do some light or heavy journaling. We will learn about the heart space and how to support it and all the different ways in which it can be supported.

Bring your favorite tea or coffee cup, and something comfortable to sit on. If you want to bring a blanket please feel free to. Wearing brown for a cacao ceremony is always encouraged but since we are working with the heart center green and/or pink are also encouraged. The cacao will be mixed with water. Cacao is bitter and is too bitter for most. Raw honey and maple syrup with be provided. IF you do not like those options please feel free to bring your own sweetener
