This circle we will focus on the root center. We will create sacred space, which is a safe non-judgmental space to just be yourself. We will connect with the directions, the root center, and share in ceremonial cacao. We will also talk about what grounds and centers us, and will go into a meditation focusing on the the root chakra, grounding, and will do some light or heavy journaling. One of the themes for this root centered cacao ceremony will be courage and security. We will dive more into these topics and ways to bring these concepts and vibrations into your lives.
