August Ceremony: Connecting with Purpose

Uranus, the cosmic rebel, is associated with innovation, unpredictability, and liberation in astrology. It represents our individuality, independence, and the ability to break free from societal norms. Its energy often manifests as a catalyst for change, urging us to challenge existing structures and embrace unconventional ideas. Uranus encourages us to embrace our uniqueness, rebel against limitations, and seek personal freedom.

When Uranus goes into retrograde motion (which happens on August 29th), its influence becomes more introspective. It encourages us to reevaluate our rebellious tendencies, examine our belief systems, and identify areas where we may be resisting change. Uranus retrograde invites us to harness the rebellious energy internally, empowering us to transform ourselves before seeking external change.

This month we are taking advantage of the Uranus retrograde to go within and ask an unconventional question - What is our path in this lifetime? What are we here to do? We will do a guided journey to discover the answer to these questions!

Tools Needed:

• Cleansing supplies to cleanse your space - whatever feels right to you.
• Your Book of Shadows and any decorations, markers, or stickers you wish to add to your ceremony entry.
• One Candle: White
• Anointing oil (choose one): Meditation, Psychic ability, crown chakra, blue lotus, or any blend dealing with the upper realms.
• Incense (choose one): Meditation, Psychic ability, crown chakra, blue lotus, Sandalwood, or any blend dealing with the upper realms.
• Some blindfolds to make the journey easier.
• A nail or other sharp object to write on your candle if you wish
