We are pleased to announce that we now offer wholesale options for our small business customers. In collaboration with Faire, we have developed an extensive wholesale program. Below are important details to consider:

Who is eligible to purchase wholesale?

Eligibility is contingent on the purpose of the purchase. If you intend to buy products on Faire for resale, you are generally required to possess a resale tax ID if you are a retailer located in the US. This ID may also be referred to as a seller’s permit, resale certificate, reseller ID, or sales tax license. You will have the option to upload a copy to your Faire account.

If you are acquiring products for business use without the intent to resell, a resale tax ID is not necessary. However, this will result in applicable sales tax being charged on your order.

Are there minimum order requirements?

Yes, there are minimum order amounts. The minimum for your first order is $100, while subsequent orders will require a minimum purchase of $150.

Is free shipping available for wholesale orders?

Free shipping applies exclusively to orders exceeding $500.

What is the expected delivery time for my order?

Please note that wholesale orders typically require a longer lead time. Our processing time is 7-8 days, compared to the 2-3 days associated with standard retail orders.

What is the purchasing process for wholesale?

Not all products are accessible for wholesale. We mainly provide Herbs, Teas, Gemstone Sets, and all Wyld Witchery products. Additionally, there are minimum purchase requirements. Wholesale products are sold in cases of 8. For herbs, each individual herb weighs one ounce, so a case of 8 would total 8 ounces. For gemstone sets, the minimum would also be 8 of the same set, and so forth.

Herbs and teas are commonly packaged in 8-ounce bags. Should you prefer 1-ounce retail packaging, we can accommodate your request. Please inform us after you have placed your order!

Are there any promotions available?

Indeed! A promotional offer is available to new customers who are not already registered on Faire. To take advantage of 50% off your first order (up to $150) and free shipping for one year, you must place your order using our direct link (not through the Faire Marketplace).
