New Moon Meditation Circle

We all know we need peace and quiet and to meditate more. Unfortunately, not all of us have the space and quiet. So, here you go! There will be yoga mats, blankets, pillows and cushions available for use, but feel free to bring your own.

Doors will open at 6:15pm. No admittance after 6:55 to allow everyone to get in their mindset. We will open the meditation circle at 7:00 sharp, a 45 minute chime timer will be set, after which we will close the circle. There will be extra time afterwards if you would like to make a cup of tea and chat, however the space closes at 9:00.
