Start your year right by releasing what you have been holding on to. We will be joining Crystal singing bowls, meditation, and light language for this event.

Please bring a yoga mat, a pillow and a blanket so that you may get comfortable. Please dress in comfortable clothing so that you may relax in to this as much as possible.
