Forging Sound Bath

In a forging sound bath we will be joining crystal singing bowls, meditation, and light language to facilitate releasing and healing. Please bring a yoga mat, a pillow and a blanket so that you may get comfortable. Please dress in comfortable clothing so that you may relax into this as much as possible.
